• What are your packaging products made of?

  Our packaging is made from molded fibre, primarily sugarcane pulp which is  a renewable by-product of agricultural processes. This process creates strong, durable, and food-safe packaging that is completely compostable. All items are free from added PFAS chemicals, making them safer for people and the planet. While our packaging is reliable and functional, the absence of PFAS may slightly reduce grease resistance, so we recommend testing products in your specific operational environment.

• What is moulded fibre packaging?

  Moulded fibre packaging, also called moulded pulp packaging, is made from renewable plant-based fibres such as sugarcane pulp. It’s a sustainable alternative to plastic and foam packaging, designed to be durable, compostable, and kind to the environment.

• Is moulded fibre packaging food-safe?

  Yes. Oxypac moulded fibre packaging is 100% food-safe and microwave-safe. Every item is produced from natural fibres and manufactured in compliance with food safety standards, making it suitable for hot, cold, and greasy foods.

• How does moulded fibre packaging compare to plastic?

  Moulded fibre offers the same durability and protective qualities as plastic, but without the environmental cost. Unlike plastic, which can take up to 1,000 years to decompose, moulded fibre breaks down in as little as 12 weeks and leaves no harmful residue behind.

• What does PFAS-free mean in your packaging?

  PFAS, often called “forever chemicals,” are synthetic substances sometimes added to food packaging to make it more grease- or water-resistant. The problem is that PFAS don’t break down easily and can accumulate in the environment and even in our bodies. At Oxypac, we never add PFAS to our products. Instead, we use natural alternatives that are just as effective, giving you safe, durable packaging without the hidden risks.

• Is Oxypac packaging certified compostable?

  Yes. Our sugarcane pulp packaging range is certified to meet Australian Standards AS 4736 for commercial compostability and AS 5810 for home compostability. This means our products are designed to break down safely in both industrial and household composting environments, leaving no harmful residue behind.

• What is the minimum order quantity for your products?

  For standard products, the minimum order is just one carton, making it simple to get started. For custom print packaging, MOQs vary depending on the product and design. Please contact us with your requirements, and our team will provide the right details for your project.

• Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts for distributors?

  Yes, we offer wholesale pricing and bulk order options. Simply contact us via our enquiry form or email with your business details, products of interest, and estimated supply needs, and our team will provide the best solution for you.

• What payment methods do you accept online?

  We accept a range of secure payment options including debit and credit cards, PayPal, and cash on delivery at checkout.

• What is the Top Up Credit?

  Top Up Credit gives you instant bonus store credit every time you add funds to your account. It is designed to give you more value and more purchasing power from your very first top up.

• How does Top Up Credit work?

  Once you sign up, simply purchase store credit and choose your preferred top up amount. Your bonus credit is added instantly and the full balance will appear in your account. You can use this credit at checkout any time within 12 months.

• What extra bonus credits can I earn?

  You will receive bonus credit based on the amount you top up.

  • Top up $1,000 and receive an extra $100 in store credit.

  • Top up $3,000 and receive an extra $360 in store credit.

  • Top up $10,000 and receive an extra $1,500 in store credit.

• Can I combine the top up credits with other promotions?

  No. Top up credits cannot be used with any other offers or promotions.

• How long is my credit valid for?

  Your purchased and bonus credit is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused credit will expire after 12 months.

• Can I exchange my credit for cash?

  No. Credit cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.

Member Credit Rewards 

• How does the credit earning system work?

  Every time you shop, you earn instant value back. For every $1,000 you spend, you receive $30 in store credit, which is automatically added to your account.

• Do I need an account to earn store credit?

  Yes. You must sign up and log in to earn credit.

  Guest checkout does not qualify because store credit needs an account to be stored.

• What can I use my earned credit on?

  Your credit can be used on any future order, including shipping fees.

• How long is my store credit valid for?

  Your earned credit stays valid for 1 year from the date it is issued. Remember to use it before it expires.

Delivery

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  All orders placed before 12 p.m. from Monday to Friday are dispatched the next business day. For metropolitan areas, delivery is usually within one week, while regional areas typically receive orders within 7 to 14 days. If you need your order sooner, express or urgent delivery is available at checkout for an additional cost, and you can always reach out to our Customer Service team if you have any delivery questions.
