To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same re-sellable condition as when received. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Unopened cartons and unused products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
Returns will not be accepted for damaged items, goods that have been written on or defaced by you or your courier, or for any products returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Easter Holiday Notice: Our warehouse will be closed from 3 April to 6 April. Order processing and dispatch may be delayed during this period and will resume on 7 April.
Please be advised that our daily order cut-off time is 8:00 am on business days. Orders received after this time will be processed on the next business day. Accordingly, orders placed after 8:00 am on Friday will be processed on Monday.
